2019

The 2019 Cantayano is quite ripe with notes of white peach and dry straw, varietal and with a medium-bodied palate. Part of the wine fermented in oak, and it was all kept with the lees for around one year before it was bottled. The natural concentration from the year plus the élevage give it some yeasty/nutty aromas and good volume. 13,500 bottles produced.
